  • To access the 25% off daily parking discount, you will need to park in the self-parking lot, and when checking in, you will notify the front desk that you have a car.

    To access unlimited in/out privileges, you will need to put a card down when checking in.

  • Your registration includes two meals: the Luncheon and the Banquet.

    All other meals will be at personal expense.

  • There will be free time for attendees in between business sessions, during meals that are not included in the schedule (eg. AFA Luncheon & USAA Military Banquet), and in the evenings, after all business sessions have concluded. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of this time to meet other attendees from around the country and make lasting connections.

  • No—the hotel will not require attendees to put down a card when checking-in.

  • Pool: Yes, but it is a smaller one.

    Gym: Yes with 24/7 Access

    Iron: Yes—each room has one.

  • Yes! NATCON attendees get 25% off daily self-parking. To claim this discount, you must tell the front desk that you parked a car and are part of WildWestCon.

  • Please direct any questions to the NATCON Information Management Officer, Isabella McGee, by emailing her at natcon-im@arnold-air.org. The staff will try their best to accommodate requests, but limitations may exist due to various logistical requirements.

  • There will be a meat, vegetarian, and vegan options available as dietary preferences. If you have any other dietary needs (such as gluten free, nut allergy, etc.), please list them in the Registration form. There will also be an option for those observing Passover. The hotel will do its best to meet specific dietary needs.

  • The General Attendee ticket price is $390.00. Half of this fee covers attendees’ lodging for 4 nights (approximately $50 per night). Approximately 25% of the ticket price covers 2 three-course meals that attendees will enjoy (AFA Luncheon & USAA Military Banquet), and the remaining 25% covers various costs, such as audio and visual costs.
